Here we will run through using Software Systems OFB Simple Web Publishing solution. We have created a simple example website to use for this demo.

This example website has six pages, with a menu on the side. a home page. You can have any pages you like, we've just added these six typical pages for this example. We've added an example logo at the top of the page.

A products page

A services page.

A testimonials page.

A page about the company.

And a page with directions.

To modify the website content, you just go to the Website Admin page, to access it you have to enter you username and password.

Once you've entered you username and password the Website Admin page is displayed. This gives you a list of all pages, admin tasks and editing instructions. From here you can view, edit or see the history of any page.

Once you are logged in each page has admin links at the bottom

When you choose to edit a page it displays like this.

You just add or edit your text, and click save.

And your changes are there, it's very quick and easy.

You can also view the history of pages, if you want to revert back to an old version, you just click Restore on old version you want to go back to.

That's about it, all pretty straightforward.
